Capturing all the innocence and sweetness of  little ones all cozy & cute in their pajamas is what makes these portraits some of my absolute favorites to photograph.  I can probably speak on behalf of most parents when I say that bed time is one of the most special times that we spend with our children, reading and reflecting on the events that occur each day.  It also seems, with my kids anyway, that it’s a time when they’re the most honest about how they’re feeling, sharing what’s going on in their little heads, and when they make their most hilarious comments or ask the most adorable questions.  As time goes on, and children grow, *these* are the moments that we, as parents, are going to want to remember forever.

If you have a session coming up, or you’re thinking of scheduling, please feel free to bring a cute pair of pajamas for your child to have portraits in at the end of the session.  Or, schedule a Pajama Portrait “Short & Sweet Session”.  Children LOVE it!  We actually have a bed with fresh white linens that we keep in a corner of the natural light area of the studio now, because these have been such a hit.  Older children are even allowed to break the rules by jumping on the bed – resulting in the cuuutest images!
